Terms & Conditions | World HVAC | Commercial & Industrial Air Conditioning Malaysia

Applies to all quotations, sales, and services provided by World HVAC.

1. Agreement to Terms

By confirming your order—whether through written acceptance, email, purchase order, or payment—you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all goods and services provided by WORLD HVAC ENGRG SDN. BHD. (201301019941/1049771-D) and WORLD HVAC (NS) SDN. BHD. (202501001627).

2. Price & Payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of delivery or transport charges unless specifically stated otherwise.
Full payment is required in advance upon order confirmation unless alternative terms have been agreed to in writing.
Payments must be made via bank transfer in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), unless otherwise agreed.

3. Price Validity

Quotations are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date issued. Prices are subject to change thereafter without notice.

4. Order Cancellation

A cancellation fee of 50% will apply to any confirmed order that is subsequently cancelled. This fee covers administrative, procurement, and restocking costs incurred.

5. Supplier Lead Time (Inbound Fulfillment)

Ex-stock items: Delivered within 1–3 working days upon payment clearance.
Out-of-stock items: Delivered within 30–45 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment clearance.
Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change due to external factors beyond our control.

6. Product Defects & Discrepancies

All product issues, defects, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

7. Warranty Terms

Warranty covers only manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Coverage:

Chillers, Panel Air Conditioners, Portable Air Conditioners, Dehumidifiers: 1-year limited warranty from invoice date
Compressors & Spare Parts: No warranty applies

Exclusions:

Third-party damage, misuse, mishandling, or power issues
Damage to equipment used in conjunction with our products
Any compressor that has been opened, welded, or modified
Tampered or disassembled units

To qualify for a warranty claim, compressors must be returned intact. Disassembled units are not eligible.

8. Return & Refund Policy

All goods sold are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

9. Delivery Acceptance

All goods are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis. Once delivered and accepted, no further claims or disputes will be entertained.

10. Storage Charges

If goods are not collected within 14 days of availability notification, daily storage fees will apply based on the item’s size and storage requirements.

11. Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error, World HVAC reserves the right to correct the error and either re-issue the quote or withdraw the item from sale. We are under no obligation to honor incorrectly listed prices.

12. Amendments

World HVAC reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be considered binding.

13. Limitation of Liability

World HVAC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability is strictly limited to the replacement value of the goods supplied.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to acts of God, war, pandemic, labor disputes, supplier delays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
